The entire system is made of SUS304L or SUS316L stainless steel material, with polished inner walls and no dead corners design, fully meeting the strict requirements of the biopharmaceutical industry for corrosion resistance and cleanliness. The disinfection methods are flexible and optional, including activated carbon pasteurization, CIP cleaning system, distribution system ozone sterilization, distribution system pasteurization, and distribution system pure steam sterilization. They can be configured according to your process requirements and production arrangements to effectively control microbial growth.

The system is based on functional units such as pretreatment, oxidation disinfection, multi-media filtration, RO reverse osmosis, UV disinfection, EDI continuous deionization, water storage and distribution. We first conduct a URS requirement analysis to understand your water standards (purified water/injection water), water production, raw water quality, etc., and then tailor the optimal combination solution for you. For example, conventional formulations can use RO+EDI for water, while biopharmaceuticals with extremely high water quality requirements can use multi-stage RO+EDI+UV+purification processes to ensure the optimal balance between performance and cost.
